1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using learnspanishlikeidid.com ("Website") and purchasing our Spanish language course ("Course"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Services Provided

Learn Spanish Like I Did provides an online Spanish language course that includes:

• Access to comprehensive video lessons and educational materials
• Downloadable resources and worksheets
• Self-paced learning modules
• Lifetime access to course content
• Updates and improvements to course materials

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Pricing

The current course price is $99.95 USD (regularly $199.95 USD, 50% discount applied). Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.

3.3 Payment Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. Course access will be granted immediately after payment verification.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1 Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
• Requests must be submitted via email to hola@learnspanishlikeidid.com
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Upon refund, access to the course will be revoked

4.2 No Partial Refunds

The course is sold as a complete package. Partial refunds for individual modules or completed portions are not available.

5. User Accounts and Access

5.1 Account Creation

To access the course, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5.2 Account Security

5.3 Account Sharing Prohibited

Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing account credentials or course materials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, audio files, and software, are the property of Learn Spanish Like I Did and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course materials for personal, non-commercial use
• Download materials explicitly marked as downloadable for personal use

6.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course materials
• Create derivative works from course content
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense course access or materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
